10th Birthday Fundraising Drive!
This spring of 2010, our beloved W. B. Travis Elementary & Vanguard turns 10! That's a decade of giving our kids the best early education the state of Texas has to offer - so it's time for each and every one of us to give back in recognition of our school's already rich history.
In honor of Travis' 10th birthday, and as a reflection of this economy, we've decided to forego our usual annual auction (and the associated expense) and replace it with a straightforward request for your donation.
We will, then, cap this donation drive with a special 10th Anniversary Birthday Bash for all of our students and their families on Friday evening, May 7.
Our goal? To cover the costs of all the programs, activities, and teacher wish-list items we typically cover, our Travis PTA needs to raise $30,000 - and your donation today is critical to helping us meet our goal!
